1. Out Of Bounds
A ball is out of bounds when it is:
a) Over any boundary fence or hedge
b) In the Clubhouse or Car Park
c) Anywhere on or beyond the 5th fairway or on or beyond the Cart
    Path when playing the 6th hole
d) In or beyond the River Cole when playing the 7th hole.
e) To the right of white posts when playing 13th hole.
f) To the left of white posts also on or beyond the 3rd fairway when
    playing the 17th hole.
g) The practice area on grass cut to fairway length.
2. Immovable Obtructions
a) Fixed sprinkler heads
b) Staked trees and manhole covers
c) Fences surrounding any tree
d) Fairway marker post.
Relief may be taken in accordance with Rule 24-2
(nearest point of relief not nearer the hole, plus one club length).
3. Water Hazards
As defined by yellow markers.
Lakes on 5th and 6th .
River Cole on 5th and 6th
4. Lateral Water Hazards
As defined by red markers.
River Cole on 5th and to the left of 13th and 14th fairways
5. Drainage Ditches
(are classed as G.U.R)
Free drop within one club length not nearer the hole.
6. If a ball strikes any power line or post, the player must abandon the
    ball and play another ball as near as possible on the spot where
    the original ball was played.
7. A ball lying on any man made path may be lifted and dropped
   in accordance with Rules 24-2.
8. Stones in bunkers may be lifted without penalty
   (and after raking leave rake in bunker)
9. Players must not tee off on 2nd tee until 17th green is clear.
   Players entering the 17th green must wait until players have teed off
on the 2nd.
